Being asked to upload the entirety of your CV in an application form manually.
Being able to filter out irrelevant roles, or roles which seem to have been incorrectly auto suggested.
Jobseekers want to feel confident that they are applying for “real” jobs that employers are truly working to fill. Spending quality time to submit a job application is very frustrating for the user who receives zero response.
