Employees are under pressure with the cost-of-living crisis, so we’re not surprised by the high percentage of jobseekers wanting salary increases. The experience of the pandemic has had long-term effects on the workforce, with people also looking for flexibility and caring management. Employers need to work hard to attract the best talent, and this includes using platforms where they can showcase their employer values effectively.
